Employee Spotlight - Sawanda
Meet Sawanda, a Banquet Captain at SA国际传媒 for the past five years. Before taking on this role, she worked in AJ's Steakhouse for two years. Sawanda thrives in the diverse environment. She enjoys the variety of events, working as part of a team, and helping in different departments. She appreciates the gratuity structure at SA国际传媒 for Banquet Servers, which adds to her regular pay.
Through her time at SA国际传媒, as a self-proclaimed people person, Sawanda has grown personally and professionally in dealing with people, keeping an open mind, and navigating different situations. She appreciates the company’s focus on growth, fun, and opportunities, as well as its strong leadership.
Outside of work, Sawanda is passionate about giving back. She’s active in her church, supports breast cancer awareness, organizes fundraising events, is a youth mentor, sings in the choir, and loves to spend time with the elderly and her 17 grandchildren. Sawanda also enjoys helping with home-school programs and having the opportunity to make a positive impact both at work and in her community.
