MEMBERSHIP RULES

  • The SA国际传媒 Rewards program is free and valid only at SA国际传媒 Racetrack & Casino.

  • All SA国际传媒 Rewards members must be 21 years of age or older.

  • By participating in the SA国际传媒 Rewards program, members agree to be bound by all applicable rules and regulations.

  • Valid government issued photo identification is required to participate in the SA国际传媒 Rewards program, and may need to be presented for various transactions.

  • SA国际传媒 Rewards members may have only one (1) SA国际传媒 Rewards account. No linked accounts are permitted. Only the cardholder of the account may receive information or engage in any transaction(s) relating to his/her SA国际传媒 Rewards account.

  • Each member is responsible for selecting a confidential “PIN” for his/her account and is responsible for all transactions on that account when the card or “PIN” is in use. 

  • A maximum of three (3) duplicate SA国际传媒 Rewards cards can be issued per day. Must provide proper photo identification to receive duplicate card(s).

  • Preferred, Premier, Elite, and Black card memberships remain valid for one year (October – September).

  • After 12 consecutive months of inactivity, all unredeemed points and Free Play will expire.

  • SA国际传媒 Rewards cards, tier points, reward points, offers, awards, and all other program benefits are non-transferable.

  • Any SA国际传媒 Rewards account discrepancies or lost/stolen cards should be immediately reported to SA国际传媒. 

  • Rules of specific promotions may vary (see SA国际传媒 Rewards for specific promotion details).

  • Employees are not eligible for SA国际传媒 Rewards membership, special offers, promotions, or events.

  • Any misuse of SA国际传媒 Rewards card or improper play, as determined by SA国际传媒 in its sole discretion, will result in forfeiture of all accumulated points, offers, and vouchers. Members misusing cards or engaging in improper play are subject to membership revocation.

  • Enrollment in the SA国际传媒 Rewards program automatically authorizes SA国际传媒 Racetrack & Casino to initiate contact with members using the information provided by the member for marketing or other purposes.

  • Members should notify SA国际传媒 of any name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number changes in order to continue to receive information about SA国际传媒 Rewards programs, offers, bonuses, party invitations, or other program events.

  • Any and all applicable taxes arising from a member receiving any awards is the sole responsibility of the member.

  • Discounts outlined in the tier benefits excludes all gift card and ticket purchases.

  • Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules will be resolved by the management of SA国际传媒, and that decision shall be final and binding.

  • Membership in SA国际传媒 Rewards may be denied, revoked, or canceled at the discretion of SA国际传媒 management, without prior notice.SA国际传媒 Racetrack & Casino reserves the right to revise or cancel this program at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
